Christine Neill / CEO

Christine has extensive experience in the Wine and Spirits industry, having worked at Republic National Distributing Company, selling both Wine and Spirits. Her qualifications include WSET Level 1 Sommelier, Kobrand's Distinguished New York Wine School and other awards for Wine and Spirits Sales Achievements.

She started Key Components Tasting Company in 2017 in the NTX market which grew statewide soon after. Her team has conducted thousands of tastings both off and on premise. Her company has gained several key suppliers and has helped them grow their business as her conversion rates are way above industry standards. Her company has over 500 Brand Ambassadors throughout the entire state of Texas.

Christine makes it a point to meet and get to know every single Brand Ambassador that comes to work at her company. Her entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge of the industry, passion and drive gives her all the right skills to grow Key Components Tasting Company to where it is today. Mutually working with suppliers, their goals, brand awareness and sales makes her company uniquely qualified as a top tier Tasting Company in the State of Texas.

Carma Van Zandt

Texas State Manager

Carma has been a part of Key Components Tasting Company from the very beginning, initially working as a Brand Ambassador. She fell in love with the industry and has since been heavily involved at all levels of operations, intentionally cultivating authentic relationships throughout the DFW marketplace and beyond. A former small business owner herself, Carma brings her extensive experience in the service industry to her work at Key Components and is known for her positivity, passion for people, and commitment to excellence. Carma is a proud Texas A&M graduate with a B.S. in Tourism Studies and a Master’s in Marketing and holds a WSET Level 1 Award in wines.

Carma is deeply passionate about serving and empowering others, frequently volunteering locally and abroad. When not working, she can often be found exploring the outdoors, playing with her golden retriever, or gathering with family and friends around a table enjoying a good meal, lively conversation, and a glass of fine wine.

Lisa Craig

TERRITORY MANAGER: DALLAS NTX

Lisa has been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years, 32 of which were as an international flight attendant traveling all over the world. Upon retiring during the pandemic, she missed the camaraderie and satisfaction that serving customers brought her, so she started working part time with a local pet sitting service and began fostering dogs. Through a friend, she learned about Brand Ambassadors and embraced the role with Key Components in early 2022. She has found this to be a rewarding career change and enjoys sharing the experience with customers who know that every day brings adventure to the open minded.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, entertaining with friends, being outside and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. She is passionate about animals and volunteers her time with the Humane Society fostering to socialize dogs for their future homes. She lives in Colleyville with her family and 5 rescue dogs

Adriennes Crenshaw

Territory Manager: SouthEAST TX

With 16 years of experience as a Brand Ambassador in the liquor, wine, and spirits industry, Adrienne has cultivated an in-depth knowledge of the market, product offerings, and consumer preferences. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of representing a diverse range of prestigious brands, helping to elevate their visibility and engagement with target audiences. Her role has spanned from executing high-profile events and tastings to being a Team Leader of both On/ Off premise samplings. Her deep understanding of mixology, industry trends, and energetic personality has led her to memorable experiences that resonate with both consumers and industry professionals alike. Adrienne was an All American Track and Field Athlete. She attended The University of Texas in Austin for two years before transferring to Oklahoma State University. She graduated with a degree in Education.

In her spare time she enjoys running, lifting weights and watching ESPN. Adrienne is a Sports Mom and can be found cheering on her children from the stands. She also loves traveling and family gatherings.

Alicen Cain

Territory Manager: South TX

Friends describe her as “never meets a stranger,” and would say that Alicen’s friendly, outgoing nature pairs well with the beverage business. Alicen graduated from the University of Houston – Clear Lake with a degree in Biology and Chemistry and has worked in both the chemical and banking industries, excelling in sales and customer service throughout her career. After 20 plus years in bank management, she left her corporate job last summer and has been working as a Brand Ambassador. She is now working toward her WSET Level 1 Sommelier designation. Prior to her civilian career, Alicen served in the United States Air Force, spending eighteen months in Greece, and traveling throughout Europe. Alicen loves to travel, especially when it includes her love of adventure, wine tasting, hiking, running and the outdoors. She achieved one of her bucket lists items recently when she completed the Santa Barbara Wine Country Adventure Race. She lives in League City, Texas with her family and their two rescue dogs.

Lisa Vescelius

ONBOARDING SPECIALIST

Lisa Vescelius is a well-rounded, versed individual that wears many hats. Anyone that knows here would vouch that she is one of the kindest, hard-working, most outgoing individuals one could come across. Her zest for life is unmatched and her energy is radiant. Lisa has worked in the healthcare industry since 2009 and is currently working as an Allergy Care Specialist for a local Internal Medicine physician. Prior to entering the healthcare industry, she was also in Human Resources. She is also a licensed bodyguard. Lisa gained experience in the Wine & Spirits industry by bartending at various bars and restaurants.

Lisa began working with Key Components Tasting Co. as a Brand Ambassador three years ago. Her overall goal is to transition out of the healthcare industry and into the Wine & Spirits industry full-time. All off her combined experience makes her qualified to be Key Components’ Onboarding Specialist.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her son as well as her many four-legged fur babies. If she’s not spending time with family, you can find Lisa enjoying the sun at Eagle Mountain Lake and trying out new tequilas.
